Rebecca Fitzgerald
CEO and Founder
Rebecca set up StrawberrySocial after working at a large social media agency for nine years, ending up as Director of Client Operations. She has over 16 years’ experience in the industry and has also worked in media, training, theatre and events.
Throughout her career, she has managed moderation & community management projects for clients such as Heathrow, Sony Mobile, Deutsche Bank, Nokia, HSBC and BBC Worldwide.
She also has a special interest in charities and works with Prostate Cancer UK, Help for Heroes, NSPCC, National Deaf Children’s Society and Mind.

Shaz Collier
COO
Shaz has over 20 years experience in project management and specialises in fast start-ups, crisis management, digital safety and online communities.
Having previously worked for fast-paced social media agencies, online gaming companies and AOL, she has trained and managed large, multi-lingual agency teams for a wide range of clients such as ESPN, LEGO, and Sony Mobile.
Shaz also has an interest in children’s online safety and is a CEOP Ambassador and Thinkuknow Trainer.

Jennifer Puckett
Digital Content Director
Jennifer has over 15 years experience working in online community and social media management at both the brand and agency level. She is best known for creating, overhauling and overseeing community support departments and client and project management.
Jennifer is a prolific blogger, providing thought leadership on various topics.
Jennifer’s work in Digital Safety has seen her head up company Online Safety teams and develop world-class crisis management processes.

Dan Spicer
Social Strategist and Analyst
Dan is a results-driven social strategist with expertise in research and insights development, social analytics & intelligence, and accelerating customer engagement through social business - helping clients embrace the transformative power of social to drive business value.
He has nine years experience working agency, client and SaaS-side across a range of B2B & B2C industries.
